I haven't dinner much with it yet. Seems no better than the microwave in terms of meal preparation and cooking. There are certain things you can't put on your food going into it. It's easy to clean. But frankly, I don't know what all the hype has been.

Bella poor customer service

Used this product for 1 week before a rubber foot fell off the rack that sits inside the fryer basket. I contacted Bella customer service who basically told me that it was not covered and my only remedy was to go on Amazon and order a set of feet. The cost for the correct foot is about $17 for a set. It is absolutely unconscionable that I should have to pay an extra $17 over the cost of this unit to get a repair part that broke the first week. This was Bella company. Best Buy had nothing to do with this issue, except that they sold the unit and it was returned to them. Not going to purchase another Bella product with poor service like this.
