Learning Curve with My Air Fryer

The booklet that came with the Bella Pro Series digital air fryer didn't provide much guidance on cooking time and temperature, so it's been hit and miss when using the fryer. Some online recipes call for preheating, which isn't a feature on this machine.

Decent Air fryer

I would like if I could turn it off. The one thing is missing is the piece that raises the plastic piece you can cook on in the fryer. I have another fryer that has this feature.
