When it works, it's is fine. Overall, the air fryer is not the "must have" kitchen item I've been led to believe. I would never pay full retail price for this product. I picked this up on a deal of the day for $10 cheaper than the white one I bought also on the deal of the day.

I still have to get used to cooking in it. I think it takes as a long as the oven, soooo wrong. Salmon fillets are awesome cooked in it.
