It is a non warranty item after 90 days so you have to find a retailer and buy. I would not recommend

Any slight bump and it will shut off. It was excellent the first 4 months we had it. Then it developed the closing issue. I have another slim bella air fryer that fits in my locker at work which I am in love with and works flawlessly. I would skip this model, it seems many have the same issue. Bestbuy should stop selling this model.
