The airfryer tray broke in less than 1 year of having it. When I reached out to the company, Made By Gather Inc. (owns Bella Pro) this is what they said “ At this time, we do not have any parts or units available for sale here at the Customer Service Warranty and Claims Department. After 90days… unfortunately, this is not covered under the limited warranty for parts and we are not able to assist you further with this unit.” Most well crafted kitchen appliance has well over 90 days of a warranty. The fact that their warranty is so short, speaks volumes. Saddening part is that I had gifted this to a family member. How embarrassing!! Now, I’m off to replace it for them. In conclusion, DO NOT BUY THIS!! I am just trying to save you money and time.

Nothing is broken, it just doesn't want to close. Therefore, this air fryer doesn't work anymore. We bought it to replace our Ninja, we should've kept it. also the rubber feet/bumpers for inner tray break off no there's no replacement for them.
