Poor Design/Quality

It’s just past the return date and won’t work anymore. There are metal contacts in the body of the air fryer that must maintain contact with the basket in order to heat. Less than 8 weeks and the basket won’t engage correctly in the body in order to engage the contacts. Best Buy is very little help so far. Geek Squad told me to call the manufacturer about the warranty. I thought Bella was a Best Buy brand and would help work that out. Either way this product has a terrible design and terrible quality that was destined to fail and not last long.

Bella Air Fryer

I wanted the same model but was no longer available to I ordered the new model. The first one the digital screen you could barely read and had trouble using so I returned and ordered a replacement. The replacement you could still not see the digital display well and I couldn't get the drawer open no matter what I tried. No there wasn't any tape holding it. So I returned and got a different brand.

Capacity is deceiving
