Poor Design/Quality

It’s just past the return date and won’t work anymore. There are metal contacts in the body of the air fryer that must maintain contact with the basket in order to heat. Less than 8 weeks and the basket won’t engage correctly in the body in order to engage the contacts. Best Buy is very little help so far. Geek Squad told me to call the manufacturer about the warranty. I thought Bella was a Best Buy brand and would help work that out. Either way this product has a terrible design and terrible quality that was destined to fail and not last long.

Mis information from support on compatibility

The support confirmed it operates at both voltages - 220 and 120V and frequencies. Now I have connected it to the power and run, after 10 seconds it started burning smell and turned off and also damaged my power outlet! A lot of electronic products directly connected to power outlet is sold here but none has this essential information of voltage compatibility. Very dissapointed and dissatisfied with the service.
