I contacted the support before purchasing this item asking if it operates at 220V as I intended to use it for my home country. The support confirmed it operates at both voltages - 220 and 120V and frequencies. Now I have connected it to the power and run, after 10 seconds it started burning smell and turned off and also damaged my power outlet! A lot of electronic products directly connected to power outlet is sold here but none has this essential information of voltage compatibility. Very dissapointed and dissatisfied with the service.

Excellent air fryer, nicely sized and great quality

Loved the air fryer but burned out after about a year.

Works well and is quite and efficient. Does not take up alot of space.

We used it about once a month, and used to work fine. However, after 1 year and 15 days after purchase, completely stopped working.

I bought this air fryer about a year ago to use at our cabin. It worked so well and was such a nice size that I ended up buying another one recently for at home as well. It’s easy to use and easy to clean and works great. Very satisfied with both purchases.

I'm not sure this item was defective or it was built this way. When I got the product, there was a bolt in it. I think it is from the fan. For this reason, when I turned on the product, it really made a loud noise so I had to turn it off quickly. As a result, I returned it.

i have already had one of the rubber cushions on the perforated tray come off. I'll use it longer to determine if I should keep it

I bought this to replace an old air fryer that got recalled but this one was such a downgrade. The plate is held up in the bin by these 4 rubber pieces on each side and 2 of them broke so the tray won’t stay up and just falls down to the bottom of the tray. The touch buttons aren’t super responsive so then the only way to stop the fryer after putting the bin back in, is to unplug it entirely or else it’ll keep going. The coating on the plate also started chipping and peeling off after washing it. Don’t recommend this at all, I fear.

It was a gift for my son and his girlfriend. They mentioned that it was complicated to use.

I bought this for Christmas for my parents, but I returned it. The tray doesn't close gently and you have to push harder than any other air fryer that I've used (even ones less than half the cost) otherwise the left side will not close. This would annoy me to no end.

It it was bigger than I was expecting! A lot of great settings.

Really was not a fan O got this one when the other version was recalled. we loved the the recalled item

After using for 1 Year, now it is not working. The touch on the airfryer sometimes does not respond.

Overall we are pleased with this fryer. The only thing I dont like is the rubber feet on the plate insert can come loose and are a pain to put back where they belong. Cant provide pictures righg now as its in our camper right now!

Touch pad isn't very sensative. Frequently have to touch the controls several times before the register.
