Warranty support is terrible. Took over 10 follow-ups with no reply from them They closed the support ticket after asking me a question and not waiting 12 hrs for a reply p.s. - Bella is under "Made by Gather" and they are the ones who are responsible for the warranty. They have a couple random brands

she loving the idea of quick meals. there are less waiting time now concerning the oven.

The basket is small and not for a full family. This is good for 2 people.

DO NOT BUY!!! Bought a month and a half ago. Use about 3-4 times a week. Minutes button no longer works. The rubber feet for the tray have all broken off. The non-stick coating on the tray is peeling as well. Best Buy won’t accept a return on it. 2nd air fryer from Best Buy that has been junk. Garbage piece of equipment. Stay Away!

Too small. Would not be enogh to cook something for the entire family.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this stationary bike. We got it home and my daughter put it together, which was fairly easy. The only issue I have with the bike is the seat is kind of funky. It will not tighten and stay in the same place, twists to the right and goes up and down.

Just bought this December 2023 and the fan is already making a weird sound. Before that it worked perfectly

When touching the display it doesn’t respond like it should. I have to touch it 10 or 20 times to get it to work for the menu the timer the temperature.

It works good but the buttons are kind of annoying because you have to push about 6-10 different times to get the time and temp set. There is no way to set up a one time setting for easy cooking you are forced to push over and over. Which isn’t helpful for someone with poor eye sight.

I had a smaller version, so this worked out. I can put a good amount of whatever I'm hungry for in one batch.

It lasted a year. Just one year. Although it's covered under warranty, it's going to costa fortune to ship it.

Good one for the price. Does the job quick. Looks like this get heated up faster compared to my previous air fryer. Just get used to the setting quick without burning the food. Like the material and build, looks very sturdy.

I liked this thing until the non-stick cooking tray was corroded and the cooking came off and then I contacted Bella and they were zero help getting a replacement cooking tray and they replacements on Amazon haven't fit the device. So good luck if you buy this item

The is very attractive and reasonably priced air fryer that is literally the most annoying small appliance on the planet. At first I thought it was a setting I was missing, or there was something wrong with it. But after a little research, I found out that unless the unit is unplugged from the wall, the power button will relentlessly blink…yes even when off. Yes, I’m serious. And it’s not a nice relaxing slow and pulsating blink that says “hey there…I’m just waiting patiently over here for you”….it’s an obnoxious fast blink that makes you want to have your eyes sewn shut while jumping off a building. I’m not sure which engineer at Bella decided this was a good idea, but they should be fired immediately. Also, it doesn’t look like the main pictures. The first few pics show a flat black color when in fact it’s a shiny black with a hint of copper tone like you’ll see in the 3rd and 4th pics and customer review pics. Again, annoying. I wish it looked like the picture. Bella products also have abysmal customer service, like literally it’s the worst. Call them some day, just for fun. It’s almost unbelievable really. Their products are inexpensive so occasionally I’ll take a gamble on one, but I had to return this because it made me wanna smash it on my kitchen floor. I have another basic Bella air fryer with analog dials in a rental home and it works great. No issues, love it. I wanted to like this model too because of its size and features and appearance, but nobody in their right mind wants something constantly blinking in their kitchen and having to unplug it and plug it in every time you use it. Why Bella? No seriously…..WHY? Imagine if your toaster did that? Such a lame design flaw. So, if you are either blind or you like your appliances with a side of epileptic seizure, this one’s for you! If not, find another air fryer. Lots of them out there.

Bought this for my daughter’s birthday on 3/11-delivered 3/15-just broke today and it’s beyond the return window of 4/6. Very disappointed in Bella and Best Buy and want to know who to contact for a replacement
