The is very attractive and reasonably priced air fryer that is literally the most annoying small appliance on the planet. At first I thought it was a setting I was missing, or there was something wrong with it. But after a little research, I found out that unless the unit is unplugged from the wall, the power button will relentlessly blink…yes even when off. Yes, I’m serious. And it’s not a nice relaxing slow and pulsating blink that says “hey there…I’m just waiting patiently over here for you”….it’s an obnoxious fast blink that makes you want to have your eyes sewn shut while jumping off a building. I’m not sure which engineer at Bella decided this was a good idea, but they should be fired immediately. Also, it doesn’t look like the main pictures. The first few pics show a flat black color when in fact it’s a shiny black with a hint of copper tone like you’ll see in the 3rd and 4th pics and customer review pics. Again, annoying. I wish it looked like the picture. Bella products also have abysmal customer service, like literally it’s the worst. Call them some day, just for fun. It’s almost unbelievable really. Their products are inexpensive so occasionally I’ll take a gamble on one, but I had to return this because it made me wanna smash it on my kitchen floor. I have another basic Bella air fryer with analog dials in a rental home and it works great. No issues, love it. I wanted to like this model too because of its size and features and appearance, but nobody in their right mind wants something constantly blinking in their kitchen and having to unplug it and plug it in every time you use it. Why Bella? No seriously…..WHY? Imagine if your toaster did that? Such a lame design flaw. So, if you are either blind or you like your appliances with a side of epileptic seizure, this one’s for you! If not, find another air fryer. Lots of them out there.

Good one for the price. Does the job quick. Looks like this get heated up faster compared to my previous air fryer. Just get used to the setting quick without burning the food. Like the material and build, looks very sturdy.

It lasted a year. Just one year. Although it's covered under warranty, it's going to costa fortune to ship it.

When touching the display it doesn’t respond like it should. I have to touch it 10 or 20 times to get it to work for the menu the timer the temperature.

I liked this thing until the non-stick cooking tray was corroded and the cooking came off and then I contacted Bella and they were zero help getting a replacement cooking tray and they replacements on Amazon haven't fit the device. So good luck if you buy this item

Bought this for my daughter’s birthday on 3/11-delivered 3/15-just broke today and it’s beyond the return window of 4/6. Very disappointed in Bella and Best Buy and want to know who to contact for a replacement

I love the Bella air fryer and I am sorry I didn't buy it sooner. I haved cooked so many things to perfection in a fraction of the traditional cooking time.

This air fryer has allowed me to cook things I use to hate to because they took forever to cook-not anymore! Roasted Veggies done in 15 minutes! Chicken wings come out perfect & not greasy! The digital touchscreen control is super easy to use and self explanatory. The 6 qt basket allows me to cook enough at one time for 6-8 servings. Clean up is easy with a dishwasher safe basket & tray. It’s clean sleek design allows me to leave it sitting out in the counter for easy use every day. No more heating up the whole kitchen with the oven and waiting and hour! Love this air fryer!

Purchased Air Fryer back in January, second time using the Air Fryer and within less than 5 mins my entire kitchen was filled with smoke. The fire department was dispatched to my house, I was able to unplug it before anything further happened.

Failed within 8 months and terrible warranty support. Weeks after I started a ticket with Bella, they request a video of the air fryer not working. Save yourself the headache and get something a little more reliable from a company that doesn't jerk you around.

Didn't even last us 6 months using occasionally and it quit working, the door mechanism doesn't work so the screen just sits and flashes. Do not recommend

Didn’t work out of the box. I have one already but this brand it works great. That’s why I bought this same brand. Returned.
