Great quality and great addition to my kitchen appliances.

It didn’t last 6 months… this unit was great in the beginning but unfortunately stopped working.

There’s no release button to pull out the tray. It was difficult for me to take it out without it.

I purchased this 6 quart air fryer thinking it the cooking surface would be larger than my recently recalled Insignia 5 qt air fryer. I was disappointed to find that the bottom surface area was smaller than the 5 qt. The volume may be greater which isn’t beneficial unless you are filling it to capacity (which isn’t recommended for air frying)

This product is not good. It stops working after 2 days. Returned it

Less than a year later and it doesn't work. There is no support or return through Best buy. I am buying a replacement through Amazon their support and return services are better.

I loved it so much. It was great and lest then 2months it just stop working I don’t understand, it wouldn’t turn on it has no power

The fan blades hit the top of the unit and make a horrible metal on metal noise! I tried adjusting the fan, but still have to move the unit all over my counter top to find the exact position to make the noise stop

I didn't use it before the return period expired. Big mistake. The fan doesn't run. Does not air fry. Giant waste of money.

Great air fryer. It’s a little smaller then I expected. Feels high quality!

It was not what I expected, it caught fire. If you are going to know that it is another brand, I thought I was buying something of good quality and that was not the case.

Don’t buy a Bella product. The bucket for this air fryer has a tray in the bottom which is held in place by 4 small rubber pieces. These pieces are easy to break off from the tray. I’ve called Bella several times in the past month and I can’t get them to replace those parts which…I’m guessing…cost 10 cents each. Horrible company to deal with. BTW it is one year old. I have a two year warranty which should tell you all you need to know about Bella products.

I purchased this for my daughter for Christmas and it has already stopped working. She was using it and it just powered off and never came back on.

Took this out the box and it was defective, had my chicken ready to fry and it never came on. I throw the box in the garbage dont even know if i can still return.

The blue color of the air fryer in this pic would have matched perfectly with my fridge. Unfortunately i pulled it out of the box and it's a nice blue but it looks nothing like the picture. I put it right back in the box and I'll be returning it.

Works for a few day properly. The menu start/pause everything stops illuminating.

This air fryer seems to cook well, but the crisping tray will not stay up, and falls to the bottom of the basket when in use. Returned the unit due to that, and other reviews for the product also mentioned this problem.

The oven only lasted for 4 months It won't turn on or nothing

Not too big, not too small. Holds a lot of food. Cooks great and crispy. Also wonderful price. Would purchase again.
