I bought one for myself and another for my parents. Haven’t had a single issue and all the cooking options are huge. Reheating pizza slices is super easy with the pizza option and they go from soggy to crunchy just like out of the oven. I have recommended this brand to a few friends and they love it!

Even after weeks of use it still gives away a faint trace of that smell. Lacking also is a power switch, as long as the device is plugged in the digital on/off switch keeps flushing. No way to turn it off. On the positive side, the controls work fine and the device does its job.
