Bought 2 of these (one as a gift for a birthday coming up) and when we opened ours, the housing is cracked. The box is undamaged, so someone at the factory packed it with the cracked housing. Opened the 2nd one because I was worried that it was also damaged, but it was alright. At this point, "buyer beware" is all I can say.

I used it once and it stopped working after that. I didn’t expect this at all. Poor quality product.

I have used Bella brand before. My previous air fryer which I bought was 5 years ago and I had no issues with it. The reason I had to buy this is because of the larger capacity. I bought this 6 quart air fryer and is happy with the purchase. The quality of the material is strong and also it looks very beautiful. The options they have is also very clear and easy to use. The only option which I was expecting is to have a preheat function which is not there in the list of options. But still the way it cooks the food and the way it works is very good. I will recommend this product to my friends.

All I can say is wow. The size is just right for us & we've tried all sorts of things from fries to onion rings, hot dogs & chicken thighs.... It is quiet & has no smell like people say so much about other units. Easy to clean & very affordable. There's a zillion recipes online..... unit is easy peasy !!!! cleans easy in the dishwasher.

I love it! Easy to use!! Oh, yes. And easy to clean. Everything is delicious, cooked to perfection and I have free time before and after dinner. Price is right too. And it's compact and looks terrific. Side by side by my Instant Pot -- which I shall use more when the weather is cooler -- for now, Air Fryer, Roaster, Broiler, etc., you are my go-to sous chef!

Air fryer appliances are here to stay. This thing can do so much. It can make and reheat just about anything. Uses so much less electricity, takes such a small amount of time, cleans so easily, I’ve only just begun to experiment with it. Just toss in whatever you want, hit a few buttons, and you’re all set. Matched up with an air fryer oven there’s not much that can’t be done. Cook for one, cook for six. No firing up a full sized oven in summer heat just to make something simple and delicious. I can’t think of a single negative about this Bella. I have a Ninja for things like frozen pizzas and between them I never need a full size range. At the price?! Even full retail is a steal. Pays for itself as well. Keeps me from unnecessarily spending money. Easy to recommend this. It’s just that good. It the noise is unwelcome, cool. Won’t be bothering anyone for long. Touchscreen works perfectly. Amendable on the fly. Cons: Can’t bake muffins?

Product came with issues and hole/rip as if it’s been tampered with. Disappointed with Best Buy. Usually top notch service. Not this time.

The pros & Cons: - Consumes 1500 watts compared to other brands which consume much higher electricity for the same 6qt size. The flip side of this is, you cannot go above 400F. If you want to air fry or bake food at 425F, this is NOT an option with this brand. In my case, 400F is good and hence this perfectly fits. For those that require more than 400F, I have the regular oven. - There was hardly any smell coming out when I air-fried fish. Was pleasantly surprised. - I use parchment paper while air frying fries or even seasoned fish, so I never have to wipe or worry about splatters inside after the cooking is done. - The sides get hot a little to the touch but nothing to worry about. The countertop remained at room temperature even after 20 minutes of use. - The stainless steel finish looks premium and goes well with other stainless steel appliances you might have in the kitchen. - Another flip side is, I am not sure if you can use this to keep the food warm. As the lowest temperature setting is 170F while other brands go as low as 90F. But the brands that go as low as 90F do consume higher watts. So if you are conscious of using electricity, you might pick this one.

Nice and compact, doesn't take up much counter space, easy to clean. The perfect size for one or two people. It's a little noisy - kind of like a microwave. I like that food cooks faster than in the oven. Haven't used it a lot yet, but what I have made in it turned out delicious!

So I have been looking into getting an air fryer for a while now and decided on this Bella Pro Series 6qt. Touchscreen unit. I liked the size even though it is big it slows us to make more food in a batch instead of having to make multiple small batches. The unit as a nice modern look with its matte black side, glossy top and touchscreen and stainless steel front. The touchscreen buttons are very easy to see and respond well. There are controls for time and temperature with a + and - for adjustment and there are six modes to choose from for a variety of cooking options. Bring a 6qt. capacity air fryer the unit is big at roughly 12” deep including the handle 12” tall and 11” wide. The cooking basket is roughly 8.5” x 8.5” x 4.5” deep. We’ve made the typical frozen chicken strips, tater tots and french fries using the air fryer setting and roasted some vegetables with great results. Even made some crispy mandoo.(in pic) It is really convenient to use the Bella Pro Air Fryer and not having to use the regular oven to make portions that are large enough for the family but don’t need the extra large space of an oven. It cuts down quite a bit on overall cook time. Clean up has been very easy with the food that we’ve made so far. And don’t think it would be an issue at all. The unit does make some noice due to the fan but it’s not an issue for us at all. If your looking into getting an air fryer and need one with a bigger basket but not one of those huge toaster oven looking ones I have to say the Bella Pro Series Air Fryer w/Touchscreen is a great addition to your kitchen.

I love this air fryer! Meals are so easy as a mom with a little one. Season it and just pop it in then you’re free to hang with the people you love rather than standing over a stove watching it. My favorite is when we made ribs! Took 30 minutes and was so easy to clean.

I've been looking for an air fryer for sometime. Doing research about the many different kinds and styles, I saw this Bella Pro 6 Qt and decided it was the one for me. I'm so glad I ordered this one. The size is great, the style is just what I wanted, the performance is amazing, the quality is super good and it's so easy to use. I love all the features and it's very quiet when turned on. The price was a little high but I was very fortunate to get it at a reduced price later i buy One more at full price to gift it to my friend, I think this air fryer is worth it. There's nothing I don't like about it.

Excellent air fryer. I’ve owned a couple brand names that cost lots more. This by far is the best air fryer I’ve owned. Cooks everything perfectly. Steak comes out so tender. As does chicken. Clean up is quick and easy.
