Great unit, just break-in first to reduce smell

Things cook evenly and cleanup is easy. Regarding breaking in the fryer, after washing I did multiple runs outside at 400F for 30 min and back to room temperature to heat cycle the plastic and help minimize the plastic burn-in smell. That seemed to help a lot. Like other brands, this model does smell like plastic but it does dissapate over time.

I used the Bella air fryer for the first time yesterday and I am quite impressed!! The food texture and temperature was perfect. This is better than I expected. As a nutritionist who encourages people to avoid fried foods, this is a game changer to eating well!
