Horrible shipping and stock updates
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Site was not updated for stock, said I could pick up day of but wasn't available till 6 days after in store which wasn't informed to me prior to order. When I called customer service, the rep said they can ship in to me within three days. This turned out to be a lie and it arrived more than a week after I placed the order. Amazon would never.

Bella products are junk
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Approximately 2 years ago, I purchased a Bella Pro Series Air Fryer (Model TXG-FSO75A). I was replacing a previous air fryer that was under a recall. I air fryer suddenly stopped working. I assumed something inside burned out. When I reached out to customer service at Bella, they said that the item was out of warranty by approximately 60 days and did not fall under the warranty. They did not even offer me a discount on a replacement. They basically said that “I was out of luck”. I clearly see why they only warranty these items for 2 years because apparently, they don’t work after 24 months. Junk product! I won’t be buying anything from Bella.

Avoid for noise issues
