I had previously had 2 insignia air fryers that both were recalled for randomly catching on fire. I loved both of them. But, I didn't want my house to burn down. This had been a pretty worthy replacement. It is superior in that it is easier to clean, and a little inferior in that it takes a little longer to cook. Although, that may be why these don't burn up. So, I'm okay with that. I recommend this.

Bought it sometime back, used it few times and it great.

This was my first air fryer, and it was a good machine... for its lifetime of less than three months. I presume it was the thermal fuse that blew. But, since this fuse is apparently not user-replaceable without opening the machine and voiding the warranty permanently, it would require shipping (at my expense) for warranty service... and waiting for it to be repaired or replaced. Even if I did decide to open it up and void the warranty, a new fuse reportedly requires soldering. Instead, I just ordered a different brand fryer from another store for a similar price—which includes company-prepaid shipping for warranty service, and reportedly a user-replaceable, non-solder thermal fuse—that arrives next-day.

This is a good value for what it is. The inside cooking tray is not a separate basket like some models. It has several rubber bushings around the edge to avoid scratching the outer container so we will see how long they hold up. For relatively light use in our cabin this was a good choice. We've had no problems thus far.
