Product worked well until recently. It just wouldn’t turn on at all.

The only problem I have with it is that the menu brightness isn't very bright. It is so hard to see the menu when you put this air fryer near a window on a sunny day

I had this air fryer in my cabinet,untouched; for like 2½ years because i had another one. I took it out to use it and it made the noise like it was cooking, but it wasnt. Chicken was still raw after 40min on 450. Warranty is out of date, so i had to throw a brand new AF away.

Button and display back lighting is weak and hard to see. The touch panel buttons are not very responsive and take multiple touches to active the desired setting. I preferred my older Bella Air Fryer with two dials. Newer isn't always better.

Not worth it, the preset cook modes doesn’t work and does a really poor job at air frying whatever you put in there

Purchased this 8 months ago, and it burned out last week. It didn't really crisp items either. Poor product.

Good decent air fryer, good for heating varitey of foods

Loud in operation. Icons are super dim, hard to see. They are not adjustable in brightnmess.

You get your money’s worth. The switch is not very responsive, you have to hit it 3 times before it turn on.

1st off the touch screen doesnt work you have to continuously press multiple different options then as soon as you are about to press start itll take you back to the beginning..... if you go ahead and buy this dont say i didnt warn you.

The product failed. The door would not stay close or close. Contact the Gather support . I had to resend and resend and resend the same email with the information requested with no finalization . We bought several products cause we thought they were ok. After this returned the gifts we gottten and went with another brand after this. Wouldn’t recommend them cause they don’t stand behind there products . Waste of money

I really can't speak to the quality of the product. I ordered quite a bit from Best buy and it seems seems that at least one or three items I get is damaged. Pre-opened dirty y obviously used... Gets real frustrating because they're an hour and a half driveway so 3-hour round trip. I could go into detail but they sent me the same product back three times in the same box cuz I marked the box. There's damaged the first time every time they kept sending me the same one back... Sometimes I have no options but Best buy, unfortunately

My first time using this air fryer, but the metalic smell in food is horrible. Any recommendations on this pls ? I can't stand the smell. I already threw the box away away i would have return it.

I purchased the "bella PRO - 6-qt. Touchscreen Air Fryer - Stainless Steel” on 2/5/25 from Best Buy. By April it was getting difficult to get it to turn on. We had to pull out and reset the basket numerous times before it would work. By June it would not work at all unless we held the basket in the entire time. It was under warranty so the company sent a check for $$39.02.

It’s broken after only 6 months use. It doesn’t turn on power anymore. When it works, it does work pretty good. But come on !

My review is purely for BestBuy service not the product. They promised to reissue this item which was never delivered with original price I ordered but they never did. I am furious because they wasted 6 hours of my time in the calls and 2 hours today itself. In last 20 days several times I called regarding the delivery, but every time they told they will reissue and it will be deliverd and today they took a U-turn saying we processed refund,

This thing stopped working after a couple of months, and was used only a few times, I contacted guaranteed, placed a claim but it was a hassle so I dice to leave it alone. Definitely don't recommend this product.

Lasted 4 months. It worked well until it suddenly stopped. About halfway through cooking some potato wedges it just died. This is my 2nd Bella Pro Air Fryer. The first one was a two quart with analog dials. It lasted less than a month. I was a fool to think a digital Bella would be a quality product. Never again!

Broke after a month didnt even use it that much too

Purchased this item January 2025 and now its April 2025 and it wont even come on. Work for 3 months and im glad i didnt pay the original prive i would have been very mad.
