I just set up my toaster oven and was looking forward to using it. Upon baking once done there is a humming sound that does not stop. I figured it might be a cool down feature but it wasn’t. Only way to stop humming is to unplug. Will be returning item.

This is a very handy appliance to have. It can do a number of different things well which is nice for a limited counter space kitchen. It is very good at the Air fryer, Oven, Broiler, Toaster and Warmer. I didn't have a chance to use the roaster but since it does everything else well I'd assume it does a good job with that also. This is our first air fryer and it's really a nice option to have, especially with kids. It can cook a lot of their favorite food in about half the time compared to the oven which helps keep the day on schedule. The toaster works very well. You can select different levels that seem to just change the time. I've never used higher than level 3 (out of 7) but it works well if you watch it. I had 4 main problem/concerns/annoyances with it. - The instructions are not very clear. There was a lot of messing around with it to figure stuff out because the manual was vague or just didn't address things. - The controls are not laid out the way I'd think they'd make sense. You can control time and temp, which are up/down arrows. But instead of the up and down arrows being above/below each other their side by side which means I'm always having to look to see which one I need to hit. It's not a problem but would make more sense to me the other way. - It is not insulated well. The manual gives dimensions for air space that needs to be clear around it and with how hot it gets I think it probably needs to be kept clear. We've always had a toaster oven which this is very similar to but none of them have gotten as hot as this does on both the top and sides. Also I think because of this it also takes a while to preheat. Again not the end of the world but would be nice to have more insulation and also probably have it warm up quicker. - The biggest issue I have with this is the fan built into the unit. It stays running after you use the unit for anything. The only way to turn it off is to unplug it. It's pretty loud also so not just something you can ignore. It seems like if you plug it back in after a couple minutes it stays off until you use it again but I don't like having to unplug an appliance between every use. I don't know if we got a defective unit maybe because I can't imagine it has to be unplugged each time or the fan runs 24/7. Overall I like the unit and it works well at cooking but there are a couple of big issues that make me question how long we'll keep it. I would recommend it if you know the quirks about it and are ok with them before you purchase.

It was the biggest piece of trash I have brought in a while. When I reached out to Bella with the problem, they offered no help; they said just to return it. I WOULDN'T BUY THIS AGAIN!

JUNK! JUNK! JUNK! Don't Buy you're better off digging a Fire Fit to cook your food. Baking Pan that comes with it was 14 inches wide the door opening is 13.25 inches DOESN'T FIT! Customer Service from Bell told me to repack it and return to Best Buy.

Not happy, I would not buy it again. Took too long to cook and still didn’t do it right. Not sure if it was just this particular one or if they all worked the same way.

Worst defective product does not turn off. You have to unplug to turn it off

You have to stand there & watch it or it will burn your food. If I hadn't already threw the box away I would have took it back for a refund!

Take to long to cook chicken.. Blower continue to blow even when item is cut off. The frame is very thin. Definitely plan on returning..

Do not buy this product, it does not shut off when it is done cooking. There also are many reviews that show this product started on fire.

The airfry even don’t turn on , it always has a air noise when pug in

Exterior gets extremely hot We do not feel comfortable using for fear of burns

We got this to replace an old Delonghi toaster oven. Overall, the Bella Pro Series - 6-Slice Air Fryer Toaster Oven with Rotisserie is a pretty good product especially since the price was lowered. It does what it needs to do pretty well, but to call it a “pro” might be an overstatement. Here are my pros and cons for the Bella Pro Series: Pros: - It’s deep so big items like pizza and rotisserie chicken can really fit in there comfortably - Because of its space, you can really cook a lot of food - It toasts and air fry food well like it is supposed to do - Lightweight so those who struggle carrying big things won’t have an issue Cons: - It’s lightweight. It seems like it’s not made of material that will last a long time. - The pans/racks could be a bit bigger. - The buttons and its layout isn’t the greatest. We like that this is a toaster oven and air fryer in one so we do not need a stand alone air fryer. Overall, this is a pretty decent product that we think will last us for many years.

It dont come with instructions how to use the rotisserie needle . Ive tried and it kept falling off

I returned because it got too hot on the outside all way around.

Never really turns off fan constantly runs in all modes

It stays on after we use the air fryer, having to unplug it after usage isnt right
