I have to admit this is perhaps the poorest implementation of an air fryer over I've had the opportunity to use, and I've used several. It starts right out of the box. The included instructions are totally inadequate. That's where it starts, it gets worse though. I thought maybe I would find fuller instructions online. Nope. One thing the instructions say to do before cooking with the oven is to run it at 400F for twenty minutes. Ok, fair enough. That's when the second issue cropped up. After 20 minutes the oven enters a cool down phase. One that only ends when you unplug the oven. At first I thought first use kind of issue. Nope, every time you use the oven you will need to unplug it to get it to shut off. Next up, the size. You look at the product image here and on the box you see a full chicken. I bought a 4lbs bird but ended up having to cut off the wings to make it fit. Not cool. As far as build quality goes it feels rather cheap and flimsy. Certainly not worth the amount of money they are asking or. My advice is rather simple. Avoid this oven.

Don't like the feature to unplug for fan to go off.

I bought this product and used it for the first time after the BB return period was over. Thus forced me to deal with Bella. On using it for the first time it took 20 minutes to pre-heat, Then incinerated 15-minute to cook popcorn shrip in two minutes. After turning off the panel power button the fan continue to run. 20 minutes later I pulled the plug, Bella asked me to try again and send them a video of it billowing smoke. Instead I packed it away anticipating its future use as evidence when it burns down a lawyer's house.

This item is working good Anymore can purchase this.

I love this oven. It works great and is versatile and well made. I didn't give it five stars because the pan included was the wrong size. The oven itself I have no problem with.

Great purchase. Does it all. Does get pretty hot on the outside, but it is an oven after all.

I love the product however it was defective -( the fan would not shut off I had to unplug to stop the fan ) so I returned to Best buy, they reordered for me the same and when I received and tested had the same problem. So I returned and got a refund

This was a good buy I love it use like every day ever so handed for my 12 year old daughter to use.

Works excellent, I gave it early to my stepdaughter for Christmas.

Works great very large to put more food for a big family

The negatives: no instructions, the fan never turns off after using it, you have to unplug it, occasionally shuts off while in progress, control sometimes never turns on, you have to unplug it to finally get it to work, food is hard or crusty no matter how hard you try to use it. The positives: ………….. Please avoid!

The fan runs nonstop after use unless physically unplug. The menu is very untuitive. The preheat period is so long and in many instances it over fryer. Very disappointed for this purchase.

The outsisde of the oven gets very hot. And even when off if plugged up continue to be hot.

Bought this for my son. Excellent oven! He loves it!

It's loud and the sir fryer don't work right way FI don't like brother way.
