Love the browning feature along with the slow cooker

Got it for my mom for Christmas she loved it! Color and ease to use is great. Just wish they had a bigger size in addition to this.

This was given as a Christmas gift and the recipient was pleased.

I didn't like the rubber seal around the lid. I returned the product unused because I didn't think it could withstand cleaning and normal wear and tear.

Low setting causes an active boil, which is not what a slow cooker on low is supposed to do. 1” thick bone-in pork set on low was intended to be done in 6-8 hours, but reached internal temp of 165 2 hours into cooking. Same thing happened with chicken breasts, they were ready several hours early. Both times the meat was dry and stringy because it was cooked too fast. I’m tired of returning these so I’ll probably keep it and just use it to boil or keep warm.

Best Buy lost my package delivers my gift to another address. I had to go to the store and report that my Moms gift wasn’t delivered. Along with it I’m still waiting for her refrigerator to deliver after 10 weeks of waiting due to two attempts that’s failed due to damaged fridge first time and second time order mixed and the driving forgot to load the refrigerator after they showed up to my Moms with no fridge and were not able to help us. I’m still waiting for a call from a manager and delivery. Sad and disappointing

Have used only twice and the coating on the inside of the pot is bubbling off.

Not good it is very fragile.it cooks fast bt the rid is light and seems not durable.

Was delivered in original box with no tape and was dented up

I just used it for the first time and the interior nonstick is peeling off. Super dangerous. Can’t return and live chat was no help. Do not buy this cheap product, keep searching.
