I dunno, I'm just used to heavier crockpots. Also, it has rubber handles on the end that I took off for cleaning and now I can't get them back on.

Low is boiling, runs too hot

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Low setting causes an active boil, which is not what a slow cooker on low is supposed to do. 1” thick bone-in pork set on low was intended to be done in 6-8 hours, but reached internal temp of 165 2 hours into cooking. Same thing happened with chicken breasts, they were ready several hours early. Both times the meat was dry and stringy because it was cooked too fast. I’m tired of returning these so I’ll probably keep it and just use it to boil or keep warm.

I had to go to the store and report that my Moms gift wasn’t delivered. Along with it I’m still waiting for her refrigerator to deliver after 10 weeks of waiting due to two attempts that’s failed due to damaged fridge first time and second time order mixed and the driving forgot to load the refrigerator after they showed up to my Moms with no fridge and were not able to help us. I’m still waiting for a call from a manager and delivery. Sad and disappointing

I thought maybe it would go away but 4 hours later still smelled. Even tried it again the next day and still smelled like burnt plastic/wires.

My first use was for a ton of chili, then homemade chicken soup then maryland crab soup. Today I'm making beef stew so I can take advantage of the searing function. I've only had it a few weeks but I didn't even keep my old slow cooker as a backup. Donated it to Goodwill. I have learned to trust in the Bella Pro appliance line. When I find something that is really good I want others to know about it as well. Their appliances are quality, ergonomic, functional, and they prepare your food perfectly. Even cooking and ease of use when setting make this slow cooker a must have. Over the years, I've had several slow cookers and I'll never go back to having any other. My kitchen is decked out in Bella Pro products because they are both functional and beautiful. This slow cooker is no exception. Finally, in 2025 a company who cares about the quality of the product they put out at a price that won't break the bank!

We made the most amazing pot roast with a delicious crunchy edge. We do not have a lot of counterspace, and this is the lightest slow cooker I have ever seen. It makes it easy for me to move it back and forth to our top cabinet shelf. It is surprisingly light weight!
