This slow cooker is a dream and well needed in my home.

looking forward to using browning element when I use it

great size and not too heavy, slick look and easy to use

I didn't like the rubber seal around the lid. I returned the product unused because I didn't think it could withstand cleaning and normal wear and tear.

Cannot make a review as I haven't used it yet so cannot complete at this time

Purchased for searing option. I don’t love it personally. I will probably just go back to the crock style.

Have used only twice and the coating on the inside of the pot is bubbling off.

[Employee of bestbuy] Low setting causes an active boil, which is not what a slow cooker on low is supposed to do. 1” thick bone-in pork set on low was intended to be done in 6-8 hours, but reached internal temp of 165 2 hours into cooking. Same thing happened with chicken breasts, they were ready several hours early. Both times the meat was dry and stringy because it was cooked too fast. I’m tired of returning these so I’ll probably keep it and just use it to boil or keep warm.

Best Buy lost my package delivers my gift to another address. I had to go to the store and report that my Moms gift wasn’t delivered. Along with it I’m still waiting for her refrigerator to deliver after 10 weeks of waiting due to two attempts that’s failed due to damaged fridge first time and second time order mixed and the driving forgot to load the refrigerator after they showed up to my Moms with no fridge and were not able to help us. I’m still waiting for a call from a manager and delivery. Sad and disappointing

The cooking pan is a metal pan or aluminum. The rubber handles fall off easy. I really don’t care that you have to hook a hook to keep the lid on. It will do until I buy another one. I needed it fast to do a cooking project. But would never buy it again cheaply made.

I don’t recommend this crockpot for one reason. For the lid to seal, you have to stretch these rubber straps to the lid. They are VERY stiff and almost impossible to connect. It’s been too long for me to return it.

Used maybe 8 times and tonight the knob came off when I opened the lid. Landed in my food and splattered everywhere. And the lid retains smell of whatever you cook previously.

The bottom of the crock pot is plastic. When I turned it on it had a burnt wires/plastic smell to it. I thought maybe it would go away but 4 hours later still smelled. Even tried it again the next day and still smelled like burnt plastic/wires.

We only use it twice and now it won't turn on anymore try resetting unplugging it try different plugs and nothing seems to work

Used it 3 or 4 times since receiving it for Christmas in 2025 and it stopped working already it won’t turn on and for the price it is EXTREMELY cheap plastic feeling

Was delivered in original box with no tape and was dented up

Stopped working after one use and is very cheaply made

I just used it for the first time and the interior nonstick is peeling off. Super dangerous. Can’t return and live chat was no help. Do not buy this cheap product, keep searching.

Purchased th crockpot about a month ago. By third use the inidenof the pot started peeling.

Got the cooker and the 2nd time i used it the screen went out and the whole thing quit. I will be returning.
