Horrible purchase

The item arrived only in the box that the item is packaged in. It was not placed in a delivery box. So any and everyone knows what is being delivered and the package is not secure. Secondly, when I opened the box, all the pieces were not present. The box only included the base of the processer. NO bowl/cup no any attachments were included in this horrible purchase.

Perfect for our kitchen

Fraud product and seller

I got non functional product 3 times. The initial one did not powered, hence I returned to best buy and placed a replacement of the same product.The 2nd also didn’t powered. Has same issue with the second product but again it didnot powered up. Since we felt the price was decent and based on reviews we asked for replacement for 3rd time and unfortunately the 3rd product also didn’t powered. I strongly believe this seller intentionally sent faulty non functional product 3 times. This can happen to any one in future m. Be aware of this seller
