Not only shredding of veggies, but also of mixing salads. When you up in age, the task of holding a parking knife after a while can become painful.

Tried to get a working one twice. No luck

Took it to the store.customer service was outstanding. They offered a refund or replacement. I chose the replacement as it looked like a great machine. I got the replacement in a timely manner. All the parts were there. I put it together and locked the lid down and turned it on. It started with a growl and then it stopped. I took it apart and redid putting all the pieces back on it. Growl and turned off. I tried it about six times, ensuring that everything locked and still just a growl and a shut off. I took it back to the store. 60 Mike round trip each time. Customer service was perfect. They gave me back my money
