Processor is a no frills product that performs well. I have tested it with vegetables and cooked meat and found it shreds and slices quickly as advertised.

I ordered online. It was shipped timely. But a piece was missing. Took it to the store.customer service was outstanding. They offered a refund or replacement. I chose the replacement as it looked like a great machine. I got the replacement in a timely manner. All the parts were there. I put it together and locked the lid down and turned it on. It started with a growl and then it stopped. I took it apart and redid putting all the pieces back on it. Growl and turned off. I tried it about six times, ensuring that everything locked and still just a growl and a shut off. I took it back to the store. 60 Mike round trip each time. Customer service was perfect. They gave me back my money

This is a great addition to the kitchen. Cooking large meals for family is made a little easier with a larger size to help dice up and it up those special tasty ingredients.
