Great food processor for the price. Can’t ask for more.

I like this item the most! Easy to use and storage.

Poor Quality material used for clear plastic. It was already broken when we received it. Do not buy totally waste of money. We returned it.

No stars at ALL!!!!! Received DAMAGED!!! Item was used and box taped back up!! Best Buy should be ashamed for sending a customer an item out like this!! No apology or nothing for wasting my time and I had th hi all the way to the store to return!!! Horrible

When I opened the box to finally set up in my kitchen the top of this had a big hole in it. The plastic top was broken. Unable to use. With all the packaging it still broke .

I bought this with the hope of having food processor. I picked it up in the store. Got home and it doesn’t work. So bad. The machine didn’t work atall. Am so disappointed

The product was damaged not only the package, but a part was damaged. I am not happy for i really needed to use this promptly. Unfortunately, I cannot it is unusable.

It’s an useless investment . Never buy this product. Very hard to start and get it working. My return period got over before I started using it. Or else, i would have returned it back .

Used it three times and when I went to use it again the cover was broken. Therefore I am unable to use it. I contacted the company and it's almost impossible! I send an email, then I get an email back right away saying that their email is full. It's very frustrating and a waste of time!

Product arrived incomplete, parts were missing, I went to the store and they sent me a new home delivery, again the product arrived with missing parts for it to work...

I ordered this on sale and the item was missing the top and I still tried to use it and it was defective too. I'm not sure it was brand new tbh. I returned and got a replacement. This one had a top but wouldn't turn on at all. I was very disappointed as I really wanted to add a food processor to my collection.

Disc blade spindle broke first use, so can only use chopper blade. Called company and won't do anything outside of 90 days. They also don't sell replacement parts and were no help - just told me to google it. There is nothing available so I'm out. Not a pro product

Didn't last long..part of the blade burnt-out used it like 3 or 4 times

Quality is not good. Moreover did not worth it. I did not recommend to buy it.

It stopped working after a couple of uses. Idk what went wrong bc the last time I used I had no trouble. It didn’t make a smooth hummus dip when I used it

Within 2 and 1/2 weeks I used it 4 time only to shred potatoes and it stop working. Luckily I got the warranty because Best Buy is only 15 days

Returned couldn't get top to lock. Decided not to use.
