The unit works well except for the digital touch pad to control the timer and temperature. The response is a bit sluggish requiring you to push the plus and minus buttons for time and temp several times before it responds to set time and temp.

I really like the ease and convenience of this thing. It has really helped out in making something in a short amount of time. One thing I don’t like is that it will leave cooked food super dry (maybe I’m using it wrong) but otherwise it’s good.
