Bought this to help with capacity. It does a nice job and certainly cooks more food at one time. Unfortunately, there is a bit of a sacrifice in the crispness of the food. Still good, but not quite as good.

Yes, it can! The touch interface is capacitive and sometimes doesn't register an input, but works when it does.
