I even went and exchanged it for a new one thinking it is that particular piece but the new one had the same problem. We somehow are able to turn that mode on after multiple attempts.

Easy clean, and big capacity

It was awesome big capacity easy to clean. Just put the bottom part in the dishwasher and you barely don’t have to do anything. The rest is going to be a person to my family members and friends.

Big, Loud, and Annoying

Do NOT get this air fryer if you have a small apartment. Pushing any button will sound the alarm and wake up anyone in your apartment building. This machine will beep incessantly when done, and it's absolutely annoying.

The rack that fits inside with the rubber bushings maybe design the inside so the rack will lock in place with some kind of permanent hooks so it doesn’t slide down to the bottom with heavy food pieces but outside that it’s great.
