My cons on this product is it is stiff to close the basket into the machine. Also the rubber pieces that protect it on the sides can come loose. I got this for $35 and it’s definitely worth that price 1000 times.

Good product doesn't compare to fried food

It does however make awesome french fries and it does crisp breaded food well. If you want something that cooks quick and can give your food a light crisp this is fine but if you want fried then not a good replacement. So I recommend it as a product if it fits your needs and tastes.

Great taste without the mess

Also did my favorite steak fries- crispy and delicious. One star down only because I would have like a pressure cook feature. Still a Best Buy.

My gripe here is with the center tray. I feel the height should be adjustable in order to put it in the middle but it just ends up sliding right to the bottom. Maybe it's supposed to be on the bottom? When cooking partially loaded I feel it would cook much better if it could be raised and stay in position.
