Great until you need parts

It started off as very quiet but has gotten louder since purchasing less than a year ago. My problem with this brand is - they don't sell replacement parts. I need a new crisper tray and they dont exist! I was told by Bella to "search the internet for retailers that sell replacement parts" well - I have finally given up and will most likely never buy this brand again. There are lots of round crisper trays on amazon but none that are suitable to replace this brand model. Highly disappointed. For this reason - I do not recommend buying this product.

The size of the cooking surface is big and easy to clean. Wish it had physical buttons for time and temperature control though

There was the slight smell when first using that has been mentioned but it wasn’t overwhelming and didn’t affect the rates. Quieter than I thought it would be as well. Food came out delicious.

When I brought it home she wasn't sure about it, but after she tried it, she been using it almost daily. She used the recipe s that came with the fryer and has bought three more air fryer cookbooks. I couldn't have gotten her a best "I love you" gift.
