    After a year of use, the basket doesnt close anymore and therefore, the air fryer doesn't turn on and doesn't work. Dissatisfied.

    Worked pretty well until it didn't. all of a sudden it stopped working. The issue really is the warranty issues with the Manufacture. Best Buy really should make sure their vendors are customer responsible...

    It worked fine until now but it’s acting up. The basket doesn’t close properly so it doesn’t work anymore. Please replace it or make a refund. Thank you

    We have made sweet potatoes, carrots, broccoli, white potatoes, onions and asparagus. They were delicious and sprayed with oil, salt, pepper, garlic and cayenne pepper. The 8 qt was a great size.
