I've purchased two different models from Bella brand and they both quit working under 2 years. The warranty department is responsive, but claims they don't have the item in the warehouse and then send you a refund for what you paid. Problem is, that in most cases the item was purchased on sale and you won't be able to replace for the same price. I do not recommend this brand, due to product failure and warranty!

This air fryer is spacious, efficient, and easy to use. It has plenty of space and a divider in the middle. The controls are easy to use.  The set up was avery easy. I would definitely recommend.

I bought this January 2024. It ran good until today. It just quit working. Idk what’s wrong.

I absolutely love this air fryer. Cooks well and can hardly hear it. And it lets me know when to check on it and flip the food if I have to. And the customer service from Best Buy we're amazing.

This is another gift I have no regrets buying, My wife use this air fryer every other night preparing great dishes. So much healthier then traditional oil and frying pan. And taste great.

This was very useful but the door always had trouble closing and sticking.

The Bella is a BellaRific air fryer. It was a wise investment in eating healthier

Bought as gift for someone, was told they have been enjoying cooking with it.

It was really a good product until 10 months and suddenly it stopped working by not tiring the heat on. I am thinking it was due to the switch that stopped working when we insert the basket.

This is a solid air fryer. There is ample room and it works well.

This is my first air fryer so I had no idea what to expect or what an 8qt small appliance would even look like. I have only used the air fryer function for frozen French fries, and I have been impressed by the results. Very crispy outside and soft inside. What bothers me about this is that it definitely does smell like plastic when it's being used. I've used it about 4 times now and the smell is still prominent. I have to light scented candles to get rid of it. Another thing i dislike is that it is not simple to turn the unit off. The instructions say to hold down the power button for 5 seconds and it will make a sound, flash END on the screen and turn off, but in my experience, it has not done that. The instructions seem oddly phrased, like the translation is off, so it's not as clear as it could be.

No longer works 2 years later & I only bought this because my previous Bella air fryer had a recall. So long story short this brand sucks.

i LOVE it. I’ve used the air fryer probably 4-5 a week. at least one part of my weekly meals in with the air fryer. it’s wonderful. easy to clean and very easy to use.

Worked great for about 5 months. Now it’s month 6 doesn’t work. The little engage level that tells when you take the basket out broke off.

Good size. Had for almost 11 months and the on off light does not light up anymore. Still works if I touch the right spot but would confuse anyone else trying to use it.

I got this Air Fryer on 1/4/23 and loved it. Made some fries first, and they came out very fluffy on the insides and crunchy on the outsides in maybe 15 minutes. Over the last few weeks I've made chicken wings, burgers, frozen chicken breasts, and everything has cooked perfectly. This was probably one of my favorite air fryers I've tried so far. Now onto the bad, I went to make some more chicken wings last night (2/6/23) and the device would power on but the fan would not spin. I got it to spin once and it had no limit and it sounded like the air fryer was going to explode. I no longer trust to use the machine and it's unfortunately been over a month so it seems I'm stuck with a broken machine now. I knew the price was too good to be true.

I have the 6 qt air fryer and compared to this one. This one has more dpace which is ehat I was asking for. Amazing air fryer, love the bella brand air fryer.
