Make sure you keep paperwork and the unit so you can utilize the 2 yr warranty. We unfortunately threw ours away right before contacting and they would not assist.

The basket would no longer consistently glide into the fryer and then the power button and remaining cook time began to flash on the unit display. It was great while it lasted. Disappointed that we are outside of the return window. I cannot recommend this item due to durability issues.
