The unit seams to be working good, so it’s really our ability to learn how to use it properly.

Poorly made, cheap plastic parts break off

Since it broke off, the air fryer always thinks the tray is open and so it will not operate now and can't be repaired. The machine was never dropped or mishandled to cause the breakage. Just regular use did that. Poor quality.
