    Instructions says to add oil and also requires frequent turning. Not one of the best air fryers. Also be aware that Best Buy's return policy is 15 days and not the typical 30 days you see at other stores.

    The air fry doesn’t make crispy food. Tried many different time setting - air fry doesn’t work for me!

    I made order online then. They decided to cancel it and not even refund me full money still waiting for my $15 and I went the store myrland Las Vegas they have 0 customer service now am waiting for my 15$ since December 26

    I purchased the previous model and liked it so much I gave my neighbor that one and purchased this one. It lasted six months and went belly up. I tried all suggested fixes and nothing worked. Disappointed.
