It's a great air fryer, you just need to make sure when you put the tray into the unit to do it slowly. I have bought 2 of these now, 1st one lasted a year, the plastic safety mechanism in the tray can break easily if you close the tray hard, if it breaks the unit doesn't recognize the tray is in therefore it wont start. This is a common complaint from what I have seen in reviews from others who have purchased it, I decided to purchase a 2nd one as the first one served me well until I guess I broke it. I have had this 2nd one close to a year now, I treat it very gently when inserting the tray into the unit to make sure i don't break the safety clip again and so far no problems at all. It has a variety of different cooking options, a turn over reminder, and does a great job on just about everything I have put into it especially those frozen chicken wings. I definitely recommend it when its on sale for the $39.99-49.99 price tag.

I am very pleased with this air fryer. Being new to using an air fryer I was pleased with the ease of use. I like the numerous menu options and range of temperatures. Easy to clean up after use. The manual that came with it is a little lacking. Very pleased with this purchase and recommend to beginner or someone with more experience.

We bought this air fryer less then a year ago and the door compartment doesn't want to fully close anymore. Nothing is broken, it just doesn't want to close. Therefore, this air fryer doesn't work anymore. We bought it to replace the one we bought at the 99 c store. Our 99 cent store fryer lasted us a couple years, it did not need to be replaced. We just replaced it thinking we needed a "name brand " air fryer. Big mistake.

Love it. I use it more than my stove. Easy to use, great size and gets the job done. I like the divider option also.

This air fryer cooks so well, easy to use and clean. Barely use the stove.

This is great! Only issue is the on off light never goes off.

Reliable heating and air circulated well. Consistent cooking. Insde basket screws lossen due to slide/pushing basket closed. Eventually the button that let the burner know the drawer was fully closed melted and broke.

Was good while it worked, but after ~1 year the touch screen stop responding turning the whole thing into a brick. I made the mistake of washing the basket in the dishwasher and the result was that the inner coating was harder to wash after. I recommend hand washing if you get this and not trusting the "dish washer safe" statement.

I purchased the Bella Air Fryer 8-Quart with Divided Basket and was extremely disappointed. I bought two of these, and both stopped working after just six months of use. The quality is absolutely terrible—these air fryers are not built to last. For the price, I expected much better performance and durability. Don’t waste your money on this product. Look for something more reliable!

The air fryer itself is great while it lasts. But go check any reviews of the Bella company and you will see they do NOT stand by their product or warranty. I had one for 10 months before it broke where the tiny plastic piece goes in on top of the drawer to allow it to start. They told me they don't make this model anymore so they had to refund my payment. First, I had to cut the cord and send them pictures of everything including receipt. Then they said a check was going out to me. That was more than 2 months ago. Nothing. And guess what - they won't respond to me anymore. So it's a gamble buying this product. At least know this is a discontinued product. Good luck

Think ive had this a little ocer a year and its alreasy conked out. Few months ago buttons would not work, air fryer would stop cooking, timer was changing from 15 minutes to 1 minute and cuting off.

Mine broke within a year of purchasing to where there was no screen and then broke to the point of not being able to use it before the 2 year warranty and the company “didnt see” my calls before the warranty was up. Spend the money elsewhere.

This is the second air fryer I buy and both of them have problems closing tightly and,of course, it doesnt turn on. I tried unplugging and let it cool down completely, wait several days, and still does not work. DO NOT BUY BELLA PRODUCTS.

It worked for the most part but stopped working after a year.

Work good for a couple of months and not able to close it

Door mechanism broke within one week, wouldn't register tray was in.

Didn't even last a year before the touchscreen stopped working.
