Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i really like this air fryer. my dad has the ninja dual basket and its great but its also like $250. i got this for under $100 and its more versatile(can be used as 1 basket or 2 which allows you to do a whole chicken or a pizza unlike to separate baskets) but it does have a flaw. the time down button is super hard to get to work. you have to be very delicate and barely touch it. at least thats what works for me

Works well but some minor issues

Only a few issues that keep me from giving this unit a 5 star rating: 1)The touchpads to set temperature and time are hit and miss. You've got to hit them over and over again to get them to work. 2)The center removable piece that separates the dual cooking feature is very cheaply made and doesn't appear will stay in place. I wanted to see where I could purchase a backup removable piece and sent an email to Best Buy and never got an response. Can't find the Bella Manufacturer anywhere on the internet to contact them, so doesn't look like I'll be able to get that replacement piece
