I liked the design, the material, and the look and feel. Its functions were acceptable for the price. It was easy to clean. The size of the water tank could last 1-2 weeks depending on how many shots you make espresso. However, all of these did not matter anymore when it leaked. Water was coming out from the base, not the orifice at the bottom of the tank, after only 3 weeks of once-a-day use. I have a second thought of getting this same one again but rather not taking another disappointment.

Tastes super good the initial set up was a little confusing but it’s super easy to use after that and there’s still room for upgrades later if you want

This machine definitely has a learning curve. You have to run water through the “steam wand” a few times before your first cup of espresso. After that it works great every time. Had it for a month now and use it every day.

The appearance is very beautiful! It is very convenient to use! The instructions are very clear! I saw that this product had a promotion! I bought it without hesitation! After using it for a while! It is really worth the money! I will recommend this coffee machine to my friends!

I’m very impressed how good the espresso is. Not too impressed with the steamer though. For lattes, I microwave the milk.

It gets dirty fast, due to the lack of a screen for the piece you put the coffee grounds in and the steamer works ok, it puts more water out than steam. Be sure to use a larger espresso cup as it dispenses more than one typical shot.

Good for espresso, I use it for iced lattes. Would not use for hot drinks since the steaming wand is very small. Lightweight and “cheap” but good for a college dorm or someone not wanting to spend $$$. I got on sale for like $50-60, would not pay full price.

Pick this up to use at work. Works great. My boss has Jura, one botton machine nice, however it can only grind one type bean at a time in the hopper. So you’re stuck drinking what the boss is drinking. With Bella Pro you use whatever beans you like.

I wanted an EASY espresso maker and WOW did this impress!! Since I am not a barista, all of the other machines were intimidating. Not this one.....From the minute I got it, I knew it would be "the one." I love the attached water carafe which makes it easy to use every day (or even twice a day if you know what I mean). The digital buttons are easy to understand and I am completely in love and fully caffeinated as well!!!!

Competitive price compared to similar products. Functionality is good, and heats up water extremely fast and makes no sound. The metal catch-tray could fit a little better into the slot but is fine otherwise.
