Just purchased this. Set it up today and attempted to use it following the included directions in the product manual and it does not work at all. Item will be returned, and I will be choosing a different brand for a replacement.

The pressure was horrible I don’t know if it mine was defected but when I click to make the coffee in 2 seconds stop and the amount of coffee was equivalent a 5 ml(like spoon of medicine )I thought it was the tight coffee I lose it nothing , try with just water same thing even when I make the set up to get it started with just water do the same thing so after many attempts I return it

Kinda difficult to operate it the texture od the expresso was good but the machine it’s complicated

I've been using this machine only 1-2 a week for the last 4 months. Today it just broke and will not pump water anymore. You get what you pay for I guess. I do not recommend this product at all.

Followed instructions upon opening to prime pump water never came out the front ever, water would come out the steamer but never the shot area. Troubleshooted and looked up more info and video it never worked

Pump stop working after a week . Hard to remove plasticity taste. No matter the cleaning method

Would not work and it smell horrible of plastic. Returned it the next day. DO NOT BUY THIS.

This thing did not work good at all, but the return at Best buy was so easy. Switching between to steam it would send steaming hot water into your fresh brewed espresso.

I tried to save some money. Not worth it. Made out of mostly plastic.

Don’t buy this… I got it on Black Friday sale and it’s trash. The most unuser friendly and not worth the headache.

It leaks for a while after you make your coffee. And then i'm gonna bryce up all the crumbles fall down

My machine didn't come with a cleaning pin as stated in book called Bella told me he would find one for me on Amazon that i could buy BECAUSE THEY DONT THAVE THAT PART. REALLYVAND SPEND MORE MOMEY WILL NEVER BUY A BELLA PRODUCT AGAIN!!!!

I'm really disappointed because it broke after one month of use, its liking water and the steam its not working. Never buying again

“What a cute little espresso machine!” Said my friends who were over for movie night. I agree. It also makes a great cup of espresso. 
When unboxing the unit make note of two important things: the one cup filter basket is hidden in an outer pocket in the packing Styrofoam. I did not notice this and ended up dumpster diving for it after the fact. Secondly, page 6 of the instruction manual needs a lot of help as it is missing proper labels, missing numbers, missing descriptions of the parts…. What you should take note of is that the teeny tiny item improperly labeled as item 12 is a cleaning pin found in a slot on the back of the Tamper Spoon. It is a great location to keep the cleaning pin and should have been spelled out in the user manual. I do not understand why the function control dial is not another button on the front of the unit. The knob is ugly and it only has two settings - top and bottom and I learned that if I don’t get the knob twisted completely in both directions the unit does not function at all. There is an audible beep that happens when I complete the knob twisting but overall I think this should have just been a 5th button on the front of the unit. If the unit powers on and the three remaining lights blink indefinitely and never turn sold, chances are the knob is in the wrong position and needs to be twisted until it beeps. What I enjoy most about the station is that there is not a lot to using it. The hardest part is properly attaching the porta-filter. When that is sorted out just press the single or double-shot for a nice pull.

The Bella Pro Elite Espresso Station is a bare-bones machine, capable of producing tasty single or double shots of espresso, lattes, and cappuccino’s for your pleasure. The unit has a simplistic modern design. It has a pretty small countertop footprint and goes well with my stainless steel kitchen decorum. It can deliver 20 bars of pressure which provides plenty of milk-frothing oomph for my specific needs. It can quickly froth cold milk to steaming temperatures so you can enjoy your favorite beverages. What I disliked about this Espresso Station was the short power cord which hampered my placement choices of the unit (as I don't wish to clutter my countertop with an extension cord). Noteworthy is the fact that this machine isn’t capable of grinding coffee beans. This means you’ll have to purchase coffee that has been pre-ground and ready for use. This is the only true drawback if you’re used to grinding your coffee beans for that truly exquisite coffee flavor. Overall, I’m recommending this bare bones appliance as it works well and prepares outstanding coffee delicacies. It’s like having your own barrister in your home, giving you quality results! If you are looking for an entry level appliance which is simple to use, you found it! Cappuccino is now being served. Buy one and be happy

It's realy baddddddd when you use it................

I purchased this espresso machine 5 months ago and it’s already stopped working twice with the water coming out of the bottom of the machine when brewing. Do not recommend.
