    Received item quickly; read the instructions, bought the espresso coffee & proceeded to brew a single cup. Used the single "cup" to brew a single shot which tasted a little weak. So now, I use the double cup to make a single shot and the taste is as I like it to be.

    I keep having to turn it off and on seceral times to get it to start dispensing hot water. Even after i have left it to warm up.

    Makes a great cup of expresso, getting it to start up is a little tricky. You have to press the steam button first which is a little odd. But it works.

    Cute machine and I’ve managed to make a few cappuccino’s that we’ve enjoyed but I don’t get this “prime 15 times” - I followed the directions in the manual about getting it to the right amount for the single and double (manual says to hold the button for three seconds) but when making either a single or double I have to continually hold the button in to get a decent amount out. Also I’m pretty sure I was sold an open box for full price as the little black thing on the steamer wand was not included (May return because of this) - or maybe this was just a packing error. I have to say at this time I don’t recommend because of the instructions and getting such a tiny amount out when choosing either single or double. I’d like to be able to change my review to a more positive one if anyone can offer any assistance.

    Bought this affordable espresso machine not really expecting great results(because of the relatively low price) but have been pleasantly surprised with excellent tasting results! Don't overpack the coffee, the machine will struggle, otherwise, excellent results!

    Honestly one of the best investment I've made this year. Every once in a while I do crave a hot late or even just espresso over ice. Now I dont have to leave the house and spend $5 on a 12oz drink. Steamer can get very hot and shots have been pulled even among 2 glasses consistently.
