    Works pretty good. The only issue I have is it does not drain all the coffee out of the filter.

    I would give it zero stars if I could. Would also give Best Buy’s return policy zero stars. Owned for three months and finally took it out of the box and it doesn’t work. Of course, can’t return. Turn power on, and it lights up. When I press the buttons, I can hear the pump start inside. But it never takes the water out of water holder in the back. Never makes any coffee and the steamer does the same thing. Press the button and turn the steamer, and nothing. No pressure. No water being taken from the reservoir. Overall. A bad product.

    Being that this is my first Espresso Machine, I'll have to say I am quite impressed with this machine. The only thing bad to say is that I cant find another Porta-Filter to use on this machine.
