    This machine worked decently for the first month but then it started spilling coffee out the side instead of espresso. The so called steamer works, but barely. Right when I was looking into returning it, the the machine was past its returned date lf 30 days. About the same quality as hotel room coffee maker. Cheap plastic and overall not worth the $150 i spent.

    We have gotten two of these machines both were non functional for different reasons. We gave up and are going with another manufacturer

    I love my new espresso machine. The taste of coffee is superior. I still havevto learn more of the functionality, but i love it

    This thing is awful because the output smells like chemicals. I've tried running 20 or so cycles with water and water+baking soda and it still smells. Sad I've wasted money and I'm adding to the landfill.

    I got a used machine.... There was no instructions... Missing pieces.... It's horrible..... Was not allowed to return it...... And I spent my money and can't get some other kinda of machine so disappointed...

    There is a missing part of one cup filter basket. But there is no any option for me to get replacement or exchange it. Best Buy is really bad place for purchasing.

    The doble shot does not work since the start and the single one works when it wants too it seams like they are sealing the scrap or I happened to get a defected one
