    The machine is inconsistent with how much it brews, sometimes I do not even get 1/2 ounce. I started using it two months ago and it already stopped working. I’m not handy when it comes to appliance repairs, so I do not recommend this if you are the same way.

    Don't waste your money. The quality of the machine is reflected in the cheap price. Mine broke after 2.5 months. It lasted just long enough that it can't be returned.

    The milk frother stopped working in few days. It worked the first time and then stopped working. The machine makes weird noise whenever frother function is turned on.

    Junk. Purchased as a Christmas gift, used approximately 5 times, and today it died. And of course my return period ended yesterday. Spend a little more and get something that will last more than 3 weeks. This one doesn’t. What a waste of money.

    The coffee-making system was failing; I don't recommend it. It also smelled like burnt plastic. It was failing so much that you had to unplug it to reset it.

    Bella pro customer service is the worst. Could not resolve a manufacturer defect issue and offered no support. Manufacturer warranty is worthless.

    Zero stars. You get what you pay for. Smells like burning plastic and barely works. We got 1 drink out of 6 tries. Piece of garbage. Returned same day and spend 10 x as much on a Breville Touch - worth the investment. I will never try to be this economical again - I'm usually high end and this was a try and see moment. Affirmed everything I know about 'buy cheap, buy thrice!' saying.
