I was so excited to use this coffee maker but I was disappointed to find stains in the bottom pan and also on the pot. It was also missing the cleaning tool. I returned it as it appears that this was used before and returned by someone else. I never turned it on because I saw the stains so I don't know if it was a good product or not therefore I gave it a 2 stars.

I love this coffee maker! I tend to go through one every year or 2. LOL so i hope this one lasts because i think is my favorite so far!

We got it when it was on sale, it's such a nice little machine. We love it so far.

I was excited to get this at a good deal, since it is a combo unit. The first use was great. The coffee tasted good and the espresso portion was simple to use. The next day, I loaded the coffee as I did the previous day. Pressed brew; and about half-way thorough the brew I noticed the very distinct smell of plastic melting. At first, I dismissed it as "burning off the new". But then the smell proceeded to get stronger. It finished the brew, but the warmer plate never kicked on, which I did not notice at first. I attempted to then use the Espresso side. With this unit, it needs to pre-heat before you are able to dispense the Espresso. It never completed the pre-heat process. With me previously smelling the melting plastic, I thought maybe it was in a "safety" mode of some sort. So, I unplugged the unit all together, gave it a chance to cool down, and plugged it back in. Nothing. It powered back on but, the only thing properly functioning, was the clock... A $200 clock... Really??? Needless to say, I boxed it up, and returned it to the store. With this track record, I will not be purchasing another Bella product. Not too sure why this is labeled a "Pro Series", as it only lasted for one use. Given the amount of time I have spent unboxing and re-boxing, I would give it zero stars, if that were an option.

Great value and makes great coffee! Easy on boxing experience. Easy to use. Think how much money you’ll save making your lattes at home and not going to Starbucks!

To early to tell . I bought two for Mother’s Day for my mom and wife. I gave it a 3 because they haven’t used it but I don’t usually have problems with this brand. And if I ever do my local BB is great in the customer service department. They always do right by me. Side note even if it’s not great it was only a few bucks with the deal of the day

The product is fine, but I was disappointed that they don’t include a carafe or pitcher for the milk steamer or espresso side ☹️

I absolutely love my machine. If you know how to aerate milk, it makes perfect froth. The shots taste good and the pot of coffee is perfect. I love my machine!

Works well, makes good espresso, drip coffee works good. Dont need 2 machines to make whatever kind of coffee you want.

This makes spectacular coffee, but the Bella customer service is a joke. On the 2nd day of ownership my wife accidentally broke the carafe. Bella has made it very clear that they dont sell replacement parts, and there isnt a replacement carafe. I now have a 2 week old $170 brick.

Nothing bad to say. No regrets with the purchase. It met all my needs
