It’s a good machine that makes good coffee

I gave it a 3 because they haven’t used it but I don’t usually have problems with this brand. And if I ever do my local BB is great in the customer service department. They always do right by me. Side note even if it’s not great it was only a few bucks with the deal of the day

All in one coffee maker

It was also missing the cleaning tool. I returned it as it appears that this was used before and returned by someone else. I never turned it on because I saw the stains so I don't know if it was a good product or not therefore I gave it a 2 stars.

Terrible customer service from Bella

On the 2nd day of ownership my wife accidentally broke the carafe. Bella has made it very clear that they dont sell replacement parts, and there isnt a replacement carafe. I now have a 2 week old $170 brick.

Cheap compared to others, but that's about it.

The box we received probably was refurbished, there were scuff marks and stains on it, also looks cheap. We still tried but there was hardly any good instructions and once we figured it all out by searching (very little online help too) and used it, first off, it was loud for our liking and the Espresso was so-so. Not sure if I would recommend this to others.
