Probably not the right product for us. The box we received probably was refurbished, there were scuff marks and stains on it, also looks cheap. We still tried but there was hardly any good instructions and once we figured it all out by searching (very little online help too) and used it, first off, it was loud for our liking and the Espresso was so-so. Not sure if I would recommend this to others.

It is good for making expresso but too much of a hassle to froth the milk.

You know what? This thing is the crem de la crem. The Lamborghini amongst Kias. The Star Wars of affordable coffee makers. I mean, you want a latte? You got a latte. You want to wake up to a fresh pot without doing a thing? Boom set the timer the night before and you’re golden. What more can I say, I mean this thing is incredible. I drank my first cup of coffee from this baby, went to work, demanded a raise with confidence and boom, nom I’m ayye CEO. That’s all thanks to this beauty of a coffee machine. This machine is worth every dime.

We have had it 36 days and it quit working. Even though it has extended two year warranty Best Buy will do nothing at the store or themselves and manufacturer says it will take 3-4 weeks or more before they even send a replacement even though they said either water pump quit or electronics failed and it needed replaced. I sent them all of the information they requested within an hour of the call and have heard nothing back, no response to the email. For the expense of this machine, and it quitting the next month, I really thought Best Buy would do better. Extremely disappointed in them and their product!

Easy to learn to use this espresso machine. Just a little bigger than in the picture so make sure you have counter space.

It’s ok. Wouldn’t buy again. Coffee side is great. Espresso side is ok. Still can’t get steam wand to work.

Works as expected. I liked my first one so much I bought second one for my other house.
