Quit in 1 month, not helpful with warranty!!!

Even though it has extended two year warranty Best Buy will do nothing at the store or themselves and manufacturer says it will take 3-4 weeks or more before they even send a replacement even though they said either water pump quit or electronics failed and it needed replaced. I sent them all of the information they requested within an hour of the call and have heard nothing back, no response to the email. For the expense of this machine, and it quitting the next month, I really thought Best Buy would do better. Extremely disappointed in them and their product!
