I use this every day. It is great for saving counter space. Makes perfect espresso.

Was missing the cleaning tool... but love this machine... no more Starbucks for us !

I don't even know what to say at this point. TL;DR two units now broken/not working as intended. We bought one a few weeks back and it was working great. Just today (10/15/2024) I made an espresso for myself. Afterwards I was unable to make more for my wife. We tried leaving it unplugged for a while, read through instructions for troubleshooting, all to no avail. The coffee part worked but we wanted espresso, hence the combo aspect. I was able to swap it out for a new one in a local store (big kudos to Best Buy). As I was going through the pre-use instructions and cleaning the coffee part, a strong odor began to emit, much like an electrical fire. Needless to say, the machine is now on an inoperable state. I won't even bother with the coffee part. Going to return and exchange for a different brand all together.

Most excellent product for my kitchen and a welcomed item for coffee and expresso.

The two best things about this machine is how much more flavor it extracts than our Keurig and how it takes much less coffee to produce the same amount of cups. We love this machine. The downside is the instructions suck and there is a learning curve to master the non intuitive user interface.

Works week. As Advertised. Took a bit to clean out the “new smell”.

Works as directed most of the time. Sometimes steam does not work after priming and needs to be primed a second time.

Started as a really nice addition to our kitchen. After 2 months the brew side quit working. I bought the protection plan and best buy sent me a new one the next day.

I returned this item. The drainage part would leak when trying to clean it. I will say if you are okay with the cleanup it does make some nice expressos. It was to big to fit under my cabinet though.

Great product makes tasty coffee and espressos. It’s takes a little time to figure the latte functions.

The coffee maker arrived yesterday. I immediately took out the tiny manual and followed the instructions to try to run some cycles of water through it before using it the first time. I plug the machine in. The whole display lights up and then it beeps once just like the manual says it should. But then the only thing showing on the display is the time. And all 4 lights on the espresso side just continually flash. I tried pushing various buttons. Nothing happens. I looked at the manual several times. I unplug and replug several times, letting it sit unplugged for a period and letting it sit plugged for a period. I googled for a "fix" with no luck. So the first thing the following morning I call their customer service. After I explain what's going on, the first thing the guy asks is if I followed the instructions. Then he asks if I tried to unplug/plug. Then he asks where I bought it and tells me that I can return it to Best Buy. I say are you seriously telling me that you can do nothing to try to fix this? He asks for the model and item numbers. I give them. He asks me to verify if it is a maker with a regular and specialty sides. I say are you not familiar with the products you provide support for. He says he doesn't have it in front of him, but he's looking at the documentation. I wouldn't expect him to have it infant of him. But I would expect him to be familiar with the products that he is supposed to be providing support for. Especially when I told him the name of the product I was calling about. He then pauses a moment and comments that the documentation doesn't have any troubleshooting information. No kidding! The user manual is terrible! The instructions are minimal and has the grammar errors of someone who does not speak English fluently. So basically his only means of providing support is to look at that same crappy manual that came with the machine. I'm happy that this machine works for some people. But if you happen to get a dud, don't expect any help in getting it working!

This espresso and coffee duo is great, its nice for some space saving and less products to hassle with. I really like the convenience of just having both right there. The warming plate on top is helpul for keeping your cups warm as well

I wish the cappuccino side was easy to use. I have yet to figure it out. On the other hand, the coffee side is easy peezy to use.

Makes great coffee, just takes a long time getting used to being able to use it.
