I really like the convenience of just having both right there. The warming plate on top is helpul for keeping your cups warm as well

After 2 months the brew side quit working. I bought the protection plan and best buy sent me a new one the next day.

Worked for 2 weeks, but good coffee

Prior to today, I would have given it 5 stars. While not the easiest to program, once set, it was good. I could set the strength of coffee and it did make a difference. The espresso maker was easy to use and made very tasty espresso. And that’s the problem, today the espresso maker wouldn’t work. It had an electric smell to it, and wouldn’t brew. I took it back to Best Buy and rather than get my money back, had them order me another, because I did like it. I hope the won’t be issues with the new one.
