Work good. I just don’t get it how to use the milk frosted?

It works exactly as its supposed to. We are completely satisfied

I like this espresso machine and coffee maker but don’t like you can’t do both at the same time.

Bella Pro Series - Combo 19-Bar Espresso and 10-Cup Drip Coffee Maker - Stainless Steel This coffee machine stopped working April 20, 2023.  very disappointed. I am not sure if Best Buy gave me a used machine because when it was shipped to me and I was in the process of opening it, it kind of look like it was brought back to the store. Needless to say I had to go to the company, and now I got the to try to get another machine because I cannot bring this machine back to Best Buy It hasn’t been two months since I had this machine.

When i go this coffee maker i thought itwas a great deal but the first time i went to use it after doing the clean out with water it did jot want to work. Tried multible time to get it to work before returning it. Got to the point even getting a new one was not an option with all the frustration to try and get it to work originally. This coffee maker might work for otwrs but it was not for me.

I love my coffee maker but it did slowly began to slow down in brewing, Best Buy was great about swapping it out since I purchased their wtty.

You won’t be disappointed. Makes the best espresso.

Love this thing its great. Got it on sale for only $99.99 so I am not mad about that at all. I probably wouldn’t have purchased it otherwise but when its on sale definitely grab one.

I tried every troubleshooting tip, watched countless YouTube videos, and still couldn’t get this machine to work properly. The lights are supposed to stop blinking so you can choose one shot or two, but they never did. The coffee side worked fine, but the espresso side was a complete failure. The one measly shot of espresso I managed to get (the one time it worked) tasted like plastic. On top of that, the steam for the milk is way too aggressive, and the reservoir constantly overflows with water, making it super messy to use. For the price, I expected way more. Returned it—definitely not worth the money.

You can't use the espresso side if the coffee side is on. The coffee side makes super strong coffee even on its lowest brew setting.

it would have been 5 star if milk frother worked....exchanged hoping it a diffect...recieved new one and the problem is still rhere...its just simply doesn't froth the milk ...it makes it hot though)

I've been using my Bella combo for a week. Everything works as directed but I can't get a hot beverage. I have to microwave to get it hot after I add some almond milk. And I only use a splash.
