Hard to find replacement

I am not sure if Best Buy gave me a used machine because when it was shipped to me and I was in the process of opening it, it kind of look like it was brought back to the store. Needless to say I had to go to the company, and now I got the to try to get another machine because I cannot bring this machine back to Best Buy It hasn’t been two months since I had this machine.

Regret this purchase

Tried multible time to get it to work before returning it. Got to the point even getting a new one was not an option with all the frustration to try and get it to work originally. This coffee maker might work for otwrs but it was not for me.

Underwelmed...

milk frother is a problem on this machine
